I am searching for the most reasonable way of offering some homebrew games on aftermarket 2600 shells.   The shells can be 3D printed, but am looking for someone who is offering/selling these at a reasonable price.    I want eventually get away from using old shells when I can.   Who currently offers aftermarket shells in bulk of 25-100?  I would prefer these to work with a standard issue label if possible.

What was the price you were looking to spend per shell? I tried some of the Hoskins carts for a 2600 project (regular 4k EPROM). It seemed to fit well with my various Ataris. I do think I had to clip a piece of plastic on the inside that was in the way. But not sure if they offer bulk deals. I think each cart was like 6 dollars.
