gregorm
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone else has this 192-in-1 menu driven multicart since I can't find any info on it anywhere, other than 1 person in Spain lists a 192-in-1 multicart in their collection (I originally got it in a trade with someone in Spain about 10 years ago) Many of the games are similarly named to the TVBoy, but I haven't gone through and identified them all yet, list follows. I also have a menu driven 32-in-1 multicart in the same type of case, but with no game list on the outside. They both came in cart sized red and white generic boxes depicting a pacman-like creature consuming a row of dots... Has anyone dumped the NTSC Roms in the original TVBoy, or at least the modified / hacked games in it? The thick glossy front label is a contrasty videocapture from some Nintendo era volleyball game, with "192-in-1" written in the lower right corner. Here are the instructions and game list from the back of the cart: # Multicart "192 IN 1" MADE IN TAIWAN, "V" case METHOD ON HOW TO SELECT A GAME, GOLLOW BELOW: 1. POWER ON TO GET THE FIRST PICTURE 2. USE JOYSTICK, MOVE LEFT/RIGHT DIRECTION TO CHANGE THE LEFTSIDE/RIGHTSIDE DIGIT, ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER YOU WANT 3. Gamemaster_ca_2003
this might not be a vcs multi cart. this could be another famicom pirate with some 2600 games on it. Picture please.

Find me one Famicom game on that list. And then explain how 2600 games run on Famicom hardware.

Godzilla
well, here you can clearly see the tv boy game list, which proves that the 192 in 1 is indeed atari games. http://mudage.hp.infoseek.co.jp/gif/tvboy/index.jpg Just Kidding! Here's the list in english, including 'Lunar Ball'! http://yobaka.lib.net/i/tvboy/game_list.html Now, what I want to know is, where can I get some of these 192 in 1 carts for my 2600 :-)
sku_u
If you're selling this cart, please drop me a PM. I've been hunting for older multicarts for the 2600 lately. BTW, I have a Brazillian NES pirate called Lunar Ball. There's a picture of it here: http://www.gamerzuniverse.net/nintendo/lun...raterarity5.png The pictured cart belongs to me. gregorm
I was going to post pics of these 2 multicarts and their boxes this weekend, but I was too busy - hopefully in the next day or 2 I'll have time.

gregorm
I finally got around to taking some pics - sorry about the camera shake, I was trying to not use the flash... Has anyone seen these boxes or cart labels before?
Marco
Games/boxes like that were sold in Brazil and Spain, and probably some more countries. Cool find! Cheers, Marco
DeV0
Yep, seen a few of these before,I own a couple with the difference being they are operated with dipswitches. It look like a cigarette pack with pacman on it. I recently picked up a mega boy which is has a remote to connect of av cables, runs off batteries with 128 buit in games. The modem is ws-11, has anyone found one of these before? I'd like to know its origin.

keitaro
I have one of these, but destroyed, I found it in a trash! :S It´s like 32 game but with 160. And unfortunately, don´t work anymore, run the first game, but I can´t change to the others (If I power off and power on again, run the same first game). I don´t remember very well the games, I remember Enduro and Frost byte clone, and It had the 32in1 games from Atari too.
yuppicide
@redeye: Even though I think we know what this is for already I thought I'd say: If you wanted I could find more than one on the list that could have been NES: 005 OTHELLO (I have this on a few NES multicarts) 006 GOLF 083 DONKEY KONG 086 ELEVATOR (could have been Elevator Action) 091 BATTLE CITY (I have this on a few NES multicarts) 098 SPIDERMAN 100 ROBOCOP 111 ICE CLIMBER 112 TOP GUN 115 LUNAR BALL 122 Q-BERT 124 KARATE (could be Karate Champ) 135 DIG DUG 155 PINBALL There's probably more I might have skipped over. @sku: I had Lunar Ball for NES. It was a pool game. Pretty cool because all the tables were different shapes.
