tjlazah
Anyone know of a place where I can download some of the best Basic games? Like ones from cover disks and what not. There were some pretty cool games that I typed in from mags back in the day, just wanting to find some of em.
Nukey Shay
At Atarimagazines.com, You can access nearly everything that was published in Antic magazine back in the day...and even cross-reference and search the articles as well. http://atarimagazines.com/software/software.html
Wrathchild
Does anyone know of an old type in game from the UK's Computer and Video Games? It was called something like 'Show Jumping' and basically had a nice horse&rider sprite and right 2 left scrolled some fences at you at different speeds which you had to jump. It was 16K type in listing, but I recall my 600XL at the time crashing often after running the game.
Mixolyde
There's a new built-in machine that's an Atari Paddle with 13 games built in that includes a game called 'SteepleChase' which may be similar to what you're talking about. http:// http://www.atariage.com/screenshot_page.ht...elID=1600[/url]
