Hey All!

Here's ya' an ATARI AGE exclusive. Burker King is going to be producing Four (4) Activision Classic Titles in LCD Format. These are very similiar to what they've done in the past with the Sonic brand. The Four (4) licensed titles are Kaboom!, Grand Prix, Tennis and Barnstorming.

I should have some mock-up artwork to pass onto the A's, very shortly.

I believe these are scheduled for release in early 2005.

Look for the mockup / artwork here on AA, very shortly.

Now I just have to get over the embrassment of ordering a kiddy meal...

Hell Matt, if the guy behind the counter at Burger King tries to give you attitude as if you're some kind of looser for ordering a kid's meal, just point out how much money that you make an hour.

You don't need to order a kids meal.  You can just buy them separately.  In a lot of cases, they'll just give them to you if you ask.

I hope so, 'cause there's no way in hell I'd eat that s---.

You could always hand it to one of the local bums to eat, you know? :ponder:

This should turn out to be a good idea. Children will give any game a few plays so they're happy (for the last time, kids don't give a shit about Atari. They don't know Kaboom from Kablam and they don't care. LCD games are so limited that old 260 adaptations are ideal). Oldsters like us will likely splurge on at least one of these for the fun memory of it.

Now this is a good use of classic gaming. Unlike that shitty faux 7800.
