jhd
I was watching Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. The plot involved this kid who had a wild fantasy life inspired by a video game. The name of the game? Swordquest Coincidence or shout-out?
videotwit
That's nothing... My girlfriend is currently really into dollhouse miniatures, so today we took a little outing to the miniatures store for her to shop around. What did I find, but a dollhouse-sized 2600 console and TV set! It was really sweet, and if it wasn't $45 I would have bought it. It came with a perfect little 2600 replica, and a TV set with a picture of some weird fake-o space shoot-em up on the screen, not too dissimilar to Astroblast in look. It made the trip worthwhile for me, at least!
StanJr
Proof once again that video games are evil and lead only to destruction. Funny how no one ever dies on TV from too much accounting, or mopping the floor to hard. ing TV perpetuating ridiculous stereotypes.
Genki
For $45, I would at least expect that mini 2600 to work. Could you sneak in a digital camera and grab a few shots?

StanJr
Has anyone else seen that FedEx commercial about the Italian bowling ball bags? There is a Fuji-esque design on those bags that always makes me think of Atari. There was also a mention of the Parker Bros, Spider-man 2600 game in last month's issue of WIZARD magazine. Atari, Atari Everywhere!
Lost Monkey
The dollhouse 2600's were only $9.99 before the Antique's Roadshow rerun! Sorry... I won't mention it again...
