sukotsu9
S.T.U.N. Runner 969857 Awww yeah! That's the ONE I would pay for. It hurts even more because it was listed in full cart lineups but never developed.

NightSprinter
Thought of another...Ghosts N Goblins 969965 Helmet, I just mentioned that one. *smirk* It could certainly be done better than the NES or GBC versions thanks to the higher resolution, and a POKEY chip. Lauren Tyler
I ment its unrealistic because ita a NINTENDO game not that the 7800 couldn't do it. You could rename it and change the graphics a bit i suppose but it wouldn't be the same. I never liked it that much anyway. 803769 Ever played Giana Sisters? NightSprinter
I have, brilliant and simple game. One problem: Nintendo kept pursuing legal action against the makers of the game because to them it was a blatant ripoff of Super Mario Bros. That, plus Nintendo WON the suit, and the game was pulled off the shelves. Even all the sequels were yanked.
Cybergoth
Hi there! Thought of another...Ghosts N Goblins Helmet, I just mentioned that one. *smirk* It could certainly be done better than the NES or GBC versions thanks to the higher resolution, and a POKEY chip. Ghosts'n'Goblins would be thrilling. I'd buy it! Greetings, Manuel

shadow460
I'd like to see Reactor with pokey sound for the music. Also, I know it's not arcade, but what would a 7800 Moonsweeper play like?

They were still available to purchase in Germany even after the ruling (home of Rainbow Arts). Ditto with Katakis and the ruling about R-Type. Lord Helmet
there are some lesser know shooters out there that i'd liek to see as well, Centuri's Eagle comes to mind.. Maybe another "Collection" like SI Colleciton on the CV, featuring Pleiades and Phoenix.

There was a thread about the polygon capabilities of the 7800 a little while back using F-18 Hornet as an example. Wasn't Stun Runner in the works for the 7800? The ST version sucks arse and thats a 16-bit machine! I agree with 8th lutz about Shoa Lin Road, Rolling thunder and Tiger Road would be good too! +cvga
there are some lesser know shooters out there that i'd liek to see as well, Centuri's Eagle comes to mind.. I played this for the first time ever last weekend (it's at a retro arcade near me) at a party. It seemed so much worse than any of the other games. Difficult to imagine anyone enjoying this game. VicViper
Ahh, one of THE best arcade games I ever played! I remember first playing it at a hotel in Washington, DC sometime in 1982 I think, and was instantly addicted. I can't believe Atari never officially released it for any of their systems. Did it ever come out on any other systems (Coleco, NES, etc.)? someone was hinting at a Proto for 2600, then i never heard any more of it. Sad, this makes me. Machine
I would love to see GORF on the 7800. Not an Atari title, but a classic. Also, maybe Burgertime Deluxe.... I love these already mentioned games:Pac-ManiaMappy Tapper Qix Blasteroids

It's debatable if Eagle has collision detection issues or if you have to hit the enemies at a precise location to kill them off. Regardless, I enjoy the game as I played it in my arcade BITD. I played Eagle before I ever played Moon Cresta. I would love to see GORF on the 7800. Seconded.
