Poll of the Atari Fuji Symbol: Part 2 - Design

Some AA members commented in the Atari Fuji Symbol Color poll that there should be a poll based on which Fuji Logo design is the best. I dug through myatari.net's articles to see what logos were created for Atari in its various guises. (I've ignored the minor changes and concentrated on the basic designs.) So, which design do you prefer?

I just sinned. I accidently voted for the Infogrames logo when I wanted to vote for the Atari Games logo. It was very hard to vote against the original logo though.

The Atari Games logo is the best looking, but I can't bring myself to vote for anything but the original. It's the games behind the original logo that I'm voting for as opposed to Infogrames mauled Flashback games or the various non-classic arcade games that represent the new Atari logo.

I do like the Atari Games logo, but the classic original Atari Fuji symbol and logo is the best. Classic, elegant, timeless.

The original looks better. Two of them remind me of bell bottom pants and the other looks like a cheap Star Trek rip-off.

After my vote, the original Atari was leading with almost 87% of the vote.

 

As a football fan, it brings up the Chicago Bears, and their 73-0 victory over the Washington Redskins for the NFL title. It is the largest margin of victory in NFL history.

How can you do better than the origianl, just look at what happened to Coca- Cola when they changed the formula!!

The original Atari distinctive while remaining classy. The Infograms and Hasbro logos look deformed with those flaring lines, and Hasbo also has that cheesy logo. The Atari Games logo isn't bad, but the coloring and font are garish. Original Atari's the winner: distinctive, yet classy.

 

Now when's the Atari logo swimsuit competition?

While the new Infogrames logo is nice (bell bottoms and all) I am still partial to the original logo.
