The 'proof' that this is an unfinished prototype is the fact that nothing happens after 20 minutes of playing the game...maybe one day some of the retro-programmers can finish these proto games to something playable;I'm sure people would pay good money for that.

Yeah, that was an idea I thought would be really cool. Of course, mark somewhere in the code or something that its been completed by homebrewers.

I know this question has come up before. The sinistar can be destroyed with both prototype versions (it's much easier to do with the more-complete version).

How? I've blasted him down to nothing, but theres no signal that says I've destroyed him. There's nothing to hit after all his parts are gone, so how do you get the finishing blow in? Do you have proof that he can be destroyed or is this another person telling that he can? I'd like to see a picture or at least a description of what happens.

Has anyone actually managed to destroy Sinistar in the 2600 prototype? I've come to the conclusion that while you can blast off all his parts, there's actually no way to destroy him. He just sits there with no parts (you can see him on the radar screen) until the Workers come by and start repairing him.
