Cool Blue Joystick

not Tron's :D

What I found interesting is that, instead of the rubber in the base of the stick, this joy has a simulation in hard plastic. Button is also different, longer. Stick itself its not the standard. And it has suction cups, which are not the norm for those small joys. So, other than the format, this is a complete rebuild.

I kinda like them too Tom. They are damn bright aren't they though?

Yep, they really are! I didnt try playing with them, but I don't think they're good for that!!! :)

It's not the shade of blue that bothers me with these sticks, it's the color they chose for the stick handle and button to contrast against that shade of blue. Personally, though, I would rather have it in the shade of Smurf blue or even dark blue.

Hey come on, wasnt the 80's ? :D Do you expect a very good taste? :D

If they didn't have the suction cups, they'd be kinda cool. I'm not a fan of suction cups. Like the color, though; it's distinctive! :D

You can take the suction cups out, you know that!! I like the suction cups, but honestly, I wouldn't use them this way! its cool however to display the joys, you can position them better and higher them a little...

i bet u could use those to signal airplanes to land on a runway...

Probably YES! :D lol, but could you imagine them in bright pink? Dont doubt it, remeber there are pink carts...... I have some!!!! I even posted here before!

Is it just me, or is the forum not sending e-mail notification of replies? :(

I only like playing with wico controllers...

Professional!

Did those sunction cups actually work? Most of the joysticks I used with suction cups just kept coming off the table when the action got too hot for them to handle ;)

:) I actually don't know, don't have a table to put them in front of my TV! I hold them like most people do! And I think they probably just work for kids...

If they do, they're a strong candidate for playing this:

Good candidates for the resin molded sticks with the LED's in them? They would look really cool with blue resin sticks and fire buttons to match the base. And the LED's would be the finishing touch for sure. Pull out the stupid suction cups and replacthem with coaster pads from a normal CX40 and that would be one fine joystick for sure :) They look cool as is too ;)
