I'm sure I'm missing something easy, but it seems like there is a review of Jagwired #3 in this issue (Jagwired #6). Why a review of such an older issue?

the review of issue #3 was orginally supposed to be in #5,but cobra forgot to put it in there so it ened up here.

Is there a place to buy back issues?

Is there a place where to download all issues as PDF? Their website seems to be offline.
