I was considering not accepting/cancelling bids from zero-feedback bidders, but more often than not (in my auctions, at least), they've paid for the items. I think that some of them only join to find specific things, much like prototype games. But in this case, the reserve hasn't even been met, so I'm not too concerned at the moment.
