Sony will be releasing Gran Turismo HD Concept in Japan as a free download on December 24th. There is no word though if Gran Turismo HD Concept will be released in North America as a download. I haven't bought a Gran Turismo game in a long-time, but a high-definition output and online play sound tailor made for me to enjoy pushing PS3 to the max.
