As you explored an unusual ice formation on the moon Triton, you accidentally triggered a defense platform hidden in the rings of Neptune. The formation transfomred into a triangular mechanism of alien origin that propelled you into outer space! From this new vantage point, you observe the iridescent force field of the defensive platform relentlessly advancing toward you, blocking your return home. Should you blast your way thorugh or try to escape? You have only seconds to decide....

Brickout

An alien force field has blocked your only means of escape, preventing you from returning home. Your only hope is to use your supply of proton balls to try and destroy the field, one block at a time. Use your deflector to bounce proton balls against descending rows of energy layers. When a ball contacts the force field, it will neutralize that part of the barrior. But just when you think you're making some headway, more layers appear to seal you in. Just how much damage can you do to the force field before running out of proton balls?

Features

  • A one player action game.
  • Blast your way through the mysterious force field.
  • Take control and rack up a huge score!
  • Wave after wave to blast through!
  • Stay focused as endless layers descend upon you.

What can I say ? Well it's the intellivision version of Breakout/breakaway. Only difference is you really never clear a stage the barriers just keep moving down trying to crush you. I find it a little slower pace than Atari's version but still a fun game and a must have for the person who grew up wishing this would have came out on Intellivision back in the 80s
