A Roach In Space

As part of an experiment, a roach was sent into space. But the ship was trapped in a cosmic ray storm and exploded!

The roach miraculously survived, losing two legs in the explosion, but also acquired the ability to fly through space and shoot energy blasts from his antennae! Your mission is to guide the stranded insect back to earth through a perilous journey infested with all kinds of evil space creatures.

How to Play

The road back home is plagued with evil creatures that will attack our hero using different patterns. When enough enemies are destroyed (11 in Normal Mode, 15 in Hard Mode), a new wave of enemies will take their place.

In addition to the regular enemies, there are four mid bosses and one final boss, each with their own attack patterns and several health points. Every time a mid boss is defeated, a heart item will appear. Catch it to recover six health points. Our hero can have a maximum of eight health points.

During his trip back to home, our hero will be sporadically bombarded with cosmic rays. To survive, you have to avoid or destroy the lethal rays. If you manage to destroy four cosmic rays, a power up item will appear. Depending on the item you catch, you will obtain one of the abilities described below:

• Double Roach - Two roaches simultaneously
• Long Bullets - Bullets are slightly wider and much longer
• Big Roach - Roach and bullets become a lot bigger
• Homing Bullet - Bullets follow the enemy. Not 100% accurate!

We want you to play our games, so we have not sealed or shrinkwrapped the boxes in any way, allowing you easy access to the game cartridge and manual.

These boxes are the same size as boxes Atari produced for their games "back in the day". They look great sitting on a shelf with your other boxed homebrew games, or alongside games from the classic Atari 2600 library. We only have a limited number of boxes for each game, and there is no guarantee they will become available again once our supplies are exhausted.
