How to Play

At the beginning of the game you have six health points (HP). You can have a maximum of eight HP. If you lose a life, you will go back to the start of the room. If you lose all your lives, then the game is over. An extra HP is obtained finding one of the apples that are hidden in some rooms.

JUMP to reach remote spots and avoid obstacles.
SLIDE to pass under low passageways.
JUMP ON TOP of enemies to destroy them. Caution! If you bump them from below or from the side, you will lose a life!
USE stairs, ropes, trampolines, and moving platforms.

In some rooms, avoiding the obstacles is enough to reach the exit to the next room. In others, you must destroy all the enemies or activate a switch to open the door. Also, in certain rooms you will need a key that is located in a different room.

Good Luck!

there isn't a better platformer on the 2600 (period). This is the absolutely best platforming game on the 2600 ever achieved and I doubt it will be surpassed until VHZC (the developer) releases a follow up game. If this had be developed for the Gameboy in 89 I would have been thrilled, the fact that its on the Atari, that's just plan development magic. Buy this game. like, now. And get the box, the artwork is just really fun and looks great in a collection.
